  Our party of five visited your cafe yesterday (14 April) for lunch and we were very surprised at the lack of service!
  At no time were we approached by any of your staff and there was only one other table in use! We weren't offered any water to drink and had to go up to the desk to put our own orders in.
  Then while we were waiting we still never got offered any drinks!
  
  While we weren't impressed with the service I have to say that the meals were really delicious and if your service improved we'd come back.
  
  Plus please get your staff to clear the plates after people have finished because we sat and talked for over an hour surrounded by dirty plates!!
