  So I had to go in and pick something up today, sounds like something that should be able to be accomplished without any aggravation right? Wrong. There were 2 women at the main desk. One who didn't even look up, just pretended she had no peripheral vision and couldn't see me, and another who was conversing with a colleague about non work related matters. Over the course of the conversation she looked directly at me twice and then turned away to continue not doing her job while leaving me standing there waiting till the conversation ran it's course. And this is the customer service you get from people working in a health center...
