  PROPERTY BROKERS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM IN TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF RENTING.The worst people ever too.
  
  Wanted a rental property for one or two years minimum and made this very clear. I asked many questions, but did not get answers and then "LINDA" was away and was given this ego centric guy "RICHARD" to deal with.
  
  They are great at taking tenants money, but there are so many issues and they have not been helpful since day one. I have been issued with a "90 days to vacate" after only TWO MONTHS at the address, which has cost me thousands to move into. They have not fixed any serious issues with the property, so both me and the owner are unaware of what is really happening - PROPERTY BROKERS simply say "the owner said that...." but then when asked when the owner was asked, or other questions - BLANK. No answer. Richard even denies me having asked questions.
  
  The are deliberately obstructive and even though I asked TOWN WATER SUPPLY OR TANK SUPPLY (no answer), SEPTIC TANK OR TOWN SEWAGE (no answer), IS IT ABLE TO GET BROADBAND (no answer) I still paid $1600 to move in. Once there, I work out is is SEPTIC TANK, WATER SUPPLY OFF THE ROOF and ADSL. I also find a toilet that is not attached to the floor (a four year old boy fell and hurt himself), all the gutters are blocked (I spent a whole day removing sand so the water tank would fill) etc etc etc. I have spent days and days and days on this property just to make it liveable.
  
  Even then the land agent insists on sending around his own grass mower who has put stone chips in my car windscreens and one tail light. He shows up when girlfriends are naked, when kids are playing... Whenever the hell he likes without notification. I have a mower and mow my own property anyway, so the mower guy simply gives them an invoice for doing nothing other than damaging my personal cars with his weed eater stones....- sigh)...
  
  Throughout all of this, Property Brokers have remained aloof and biased towards the land owner. PROPERTY BROKERS gave the last tenant 90 days to vacate also on the basis the "owner may wish to sell." Within two weeks the "FOR RENT" signs were back up and I moved in for a few years.
  
  Two months later I am evicted, the toilet still is not attached to the floor, but all the work I did to empty the gutters, water blast the salt, put up fencing, water blast the entire concrete area due to previous tenants chicken mess........ Well... WHO CARES?
  
  Not Property Brokers. They are evicting me as "OWNER MAY WISH TO SELL" (heard that one before...) and so I ask them if they have anything else suitable. They say "that is not for us to help you with". What? I rented from you for a long term placement, it turns out to be VERY short term, and yet you cannot even help me find a listing elsewhere? Yet I paid you around $300 fee's for this service?
  
  And then I get a flat tyre in a $300 DUNLOP due to roofing nails left on the driveway by the roofing contractor.
  
  PROPERTY BROKERS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM IN TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF RENTING.
